Batman and Wonder Woman Impersonators Bring Joy to Ukrainian Children in Poland

INTERNATIONAL: John Buckland, who runs the charity Heroes 4 Higher in West Virginia, traveled to Krakow, Poland, in his Batman suit to visit the Ukrainian children. With the help of a Ukrainian Wonder Woman impersonator from Kyiv, Buckland was able to interact and uplift the children.

One of the children he met was Sasha, 6-year-olds. During his visit, he asked Sasha to repeat after him in Ukrainian the four pillars to life success: 1, Never give up; 2, Always doing the right thing; 3, Help other people; and 4, Never be a bully.

Buckland also talked to Sasha to be strong and take care of his little brother as well. With his mission, Buckland hoped to “ignite the fire inside the hearts of broken children.”
